Carolyn Friedlander

I want to make a quilt for a friend for her 50th birthday. She loves Carolyn Friedlander so I thought the outhouse quilt made with Carolyn Friedlander fabric would be perfect. Here are the first six houses. They are paper pieced and look great but they take me an exceptionally long time to do!
I am going to make the layer cake pop pattern as well as I want to give her a lap quilt too. I briefly considered a lap quilt with the outhouse pattern and then I realised I am far too slow to even consider this.
